Each cleaner gets one private browser link for their assigned properties. They choose a property and an available turnover without creating an owner account.

AI flags possible visible issues in after photos. A Virafo reviewer checks the evidence and approves the turnover or requests specific corrections.
Does my cleaner need an account?
AI can miss issues or flag something incorrectly. Photos cannot establish smell, hygiene, hidden damage, or whether appliances work. Human review remains part of every approval.
How do photo checks work?
Apply with your operating details. We review your application. If approved, you receive joining instructions by email; register with the approved email, verify it, and follow the existing setup guide.
Can AI guarantee a property is ready?
For eligible approved organizations, the first qualifying property is free for three calendar months; additional properties receive 30% off during the same period. Applying, creating an account, setup, scheduling, and before photos do not start it. Eligibility and dates are tracked; billing is not integrated.

No billing provider is integrated. The backend records eligibility and promotion dates. Subscription prices and future charging terms have not been published.
How is my data handled?
A cleaner’s private link opens their assigned properties and the turnovers available to them. It does not provide owner access or access to another cleaner’s assigned work. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and contact support with privacy questions.
