Owners configure rooms, photo requirements, reference photos and checklists; assign turnovers and share one private browser link per cleaner covering their assigned properties. Cleaners submit before and after photos. AI flags potential visible issues in after photos; a Virafo reviewer makes every approval or correction decision. Owners see reviewed outcomes, confirmed issues and activity history. AI cannot guarantee cleanliness or readiness.

Eligible approved founding operators: first qualifying property free for three calendar months; 30% off additional properties during the same period. The period starts on the first qualifying cleaner after-photo submission. Applying, account creation, setup, scheduling and before photos do not start it. Backend tracks eligibility and dates; no billing provider is integrated. Subscription prices and future charging terms are not published.
