Terms of Service
1. Provider and scope
These review Terms cover virafo.com and the Virafo owner, cleaner and reviewer application at app.virafo.com. The current contracting operators are both co-founders, Gustas Kiškiūnas and Timas Šegžda, acting jointly. MB Virafo is an intended future company and is not registered yet. A later registered entity will be identified through updated disclosures and appropriate notice; it is not treated as the provider today. Required establishment/contact disclosures must be finalized before these Terms take effect. Contact support@virafo.com.
2. What the pilot provides
Virafo helps property operators organize properties and rooms, reference photos, cleaners, turnover schedules, before/after and correction evidence, AI-assisted findings, human review, issues and operational notifications. It provides visibility from submitted evidence, not a physical inspection or a guarantee of cleaning quality, safety, legal compliance or guest readiness.
3. Eligibility and Alpha Access
The pilot is intended for adults aged 18 or over acting for a property business with authority to bind that business. Applications are reviewed by authorized people. Applying, receiving an acknowledgement or creating a Firebase sign-in does not itself grant a workspace. Approval grants registration eligibility for the approved email under backend rules; an invitation is not a guarantee that its email has reached your inbox. Rejected or unapproved applications do not gain owner access.
Any founding-operator eligibility recorded during Alpha Access does not create a paid subscription, activate billing or promise an offer start date. There is no integrated paid subscription in this release. Future charges require separately communicated and agreed terms before they apply.
4. Registration and account security
Use accurate account information and the approved email address, verify your email and complete required workspace setup. Keep credentials private, use the security options available and report suspected misuse promptly. Access remains subject to server authorization, rate limits and any required policy acceptance. Do not impersonate another person or use another organization’s workspace. Owner and platform-reviewer permissions are distinct; holding both does not authorize unrelated access outside the granted roles.
5. Owner responsibilities
You remain responsible for your properties, staff/contractor arrangements, cleaning standards, schedules and decisions. Supply accurate instructions and reference images, assign the correct cleaners and review results before relying on them. Inform cleaners and any affected people about the service and establish the permissions and lawful basis needed for their information. Virafo does not employ your cleaners, settle wages or replace your supervision or inspections.
6. Cleaner links and sharing
A reusable cleaner link gives its holder scoped access to assigned properties and permitted turnover/photo actions. It is an access credential: share it only with the intended cleaner. Copy Link, native Share Link and Rotate Link are separate actions. Rotating replaces the credential and invalidates the previous link. Deactivate or remove access when someone leaves, and follow any active-turnover restrictions shown by the app. Do not publish cleaner links.
Native sharing lets you choose an available app such as WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS or email. Your chosen app and carrier may apply their own rules or charges. Native sharing does not call Virafo’s paid Twilio messaging. Server SMS sending is disabled for this release, and Twilio WhatsApp sending is not offered. No reply-STOP capability or automatic correction SMS is promised.
7. Photos and other content
You retain your rights in property information, photos and other content you submit. You permit Virafo and the necessary service providers to store, display, transmit and process that content to provide and secure the requested service, including AI-assisted analysis and human review. This does not transfer ownership or grant permission for unrelated advertising or third-party model training.
Upload only content you are entitled to provide. Photos should show relevant rooms and work, avoiding people, documents, screens and private belongings. Do not falsify evidence or alter timestamps to mislead reviewers. Submitted evidence can become read-only to preserve review integrity; owner reference-photo deletion is different from evidence deletion. Permanent deletion and privacy requests follow the Privacy Policy and backend authorization rules.
8. AI, review and limits
AI-assisted findings are suggestions based on limited photos and context. They can omit defects, misidentify objects or give incomplete coverage. A human reviewer makes the turnover decision; neither AI nor review is a certification or guarantee. You must not use a result as the sole basis for safety-critical, employment, disciplinary or other significant decisions about people.
AI access depends on backend entitlement, budgets and per-property/organization limits. Exhausted limits, missing entitlement or provider failures may leave a turnover for human review. Do not bypass these controls. Correction requests, owner issues and notifications should be checked in the app; an email or shared message is not a guaranteed delivery or response channel.
9. Acceptable use and availability
Do not access other customers’ information, disclose access tokens, upload unlawful content or malware, harass people, submit spam, circumvent verification/limits or disrupt the service. Report vulnerabilities responsibly without accessing more information than necessary. The alpha service can change, fail or be unavailable; no uptime, recovery-time or error-free guarantee is offered. Keep independent operational records where needed.
10. Privacy and processing terms
The Privacy Policy explains the actual data categories, providers, retention and request channels. Where Virafo acts as a processor for your business, a suitable processing agreement and lawful transfer arrangements must be finalized before public launch. These review Terms do not certify that all GDPR Article 28 obligations or international-transfer paperwork have already been satisfied. Do not supply data you cannot lawfully share.
11. Suspension, ending and deletion
You may stop using the service and request permanent deletion through the supported account flow or contact support. An owner’s account deletion normally requires deleting its workspace. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, serious breach or to end the pilot, with notice where practicable. Account deletion blocks access and runs asynchronously; residual logs, minimal deletion records, delivered emails and processor/backup copies follow the separate schedules in the Privacy Policy. Export is a support request, not a guaranteed instant download.
12. Intellectual property and third parties
Rights in the Virafo software, branding and website remain with their respective owners/licensors. You receive only the permission needed to use the service as authorized. Third-party sharing apps, email services and linked websites have their own terms. Virafo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb or another booking platform.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided as available and we exclude guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular operational result. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and obligations. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer/data-protection rights or liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or injury where protected by law. No unverified monetary liability cap or blanket waiver is imposed by this review draft.
14. Governing law and disputes
The proposed governing law is the law of the Republic of Lithuania, subject to confirmation of the contracting operator before publication. Contact support@virafo.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Unresolved disputes go to courts competent under applicable law; no unverified exclusive venue is imposed. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to consumers or data subjects remain unaffected.
15. Changes and effectiveness
These Terms remain a review version until the operator disclosures and legal approval are complete and a published effective date is set. Changes to the service or future approved terms will be communicated appropriately; new fees or processing requiring consent will not be introduced merely by editing this page. If any provision cannot apply, mandatory law controls and the remaining lawful provisions can continue.
